About Sonia

I'm a multi-passionate personal trainer, women's health coach, and entrepreneur. I have a bachelor's in environmental science and am a certified Personal Trainer, Health and Wellness Coach (AFPA), and Menopause Coaching Specialist (GGS).

I genuinely love sharing knowledge and encouragement and helping people reach their goals. I always give my best to keep my students and clients engaged and motivated. I am a lifelong learner and keep up with the latest learning methodologies and research on health, nutrition, human optimization, and the psychology of habit formation. My lessons and plans are always customized, taking into account my students' and clients' needs and preferences.

Even though trying new things can be challenging, I strive to help my students and clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey. I'm already excited to start working with you!

I can help you achieve your fitness goals by creating a personalized program that fits your unique schedule, preferences, and ability level. This program is designed with your individuality in mind, ensuring that it's as flexible and accommodating as possible.

I teach you how to do the exercises safely, working your body efficiently. You can choose to incorporate different exercise styles into your plan based on your goals: losing weight, transforming body composition, burning fat, gaining muscle, endurance, or overall health. During our initial consultation, we will discuss these options and tailor the plan to your preferences and goals.

An example of a weekly workout plan can include:
3 days of strength training
2 days of HIIT
1 day of cardio + mobility
30-minute daily walk

When you book a lesson with me, I'll call you before our first lesson to prepare and better understand your goals. After the lesson, you'll receive a detailed written plan to follow.
