I am a Marine Corps veteran who battles PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I am in recovery from alcohol and prescription medication dependencies. I have a lot of experience in working towards mental wellness, which in turn can lead to physical wellness.

My teaching method is a bit unorthodox in that I don't teach. I am not going to give you a lesson and expect you to follow it. I take each individual persons struggles and experiences and I use my personal experience to give you healthy coping mechanisms. I am not out to teach you something, I am out to improve your quality of life.
