About Christina
Hi there! Glad you're here. I have years of work experience mentoring youths and young adults and will create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share and provide the support you need. More details below :)
I also have a Specialist Diploma in Counselling, am certified with Personal Development School and a graduate from AsiaWorks Leadership Program (highest level).
I support and empower females aged 15–35 with thoughtful guidance on social skills, self-awareness, belief reprogramming, inner child work, communication, confidence, identification of strengths and patterns to work on, goal setting, relationships (family included), friendships and situationship issues.
I’m also here to support your mental well-being and help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move purposefully toward your goals.
Life happens—but you don’t have to stay stuck in it.
