About Nico
I have been practicing Chinese martial arts since 2001, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu and grappling since 2014. I have been fighting in competition since 2006. I have acquired several regional, national and international titles, in different disciplines (Sanda, muay thai, Pancrace, bjj, grappling and traditional wushu) I also acquired several years of teaching experience: 2 years in Cahors, and 2 years in Toulouse teaching and supporting young adolescents and adults in clubs and association of Chinese martial arts and combat sports sanda. But also for 2 years in Taiwanese school and clubs. During 4 years that I worked at the European School of Taipei where I accompanied the teaching team to animate and teach all kinds of activities ... (contact sport or others)

I have built my method throughout my teaching experiences in France and abroad in different environments and with different students of all ages and from all backgrounds. Depending on the choice of your discipline, I adapt according to your expectations and your objectives. The sessions can be arranged with warm-ups, adapted physical preparation, courses of techniques and applications, as well as various stretches, and method of relaxation. Thanks to my experience and my background, I can also advise you on your nutrition, and your mental preparation.
