About Frenard

I was the lead student in high school and served many years in the United States Navy as a Dental Technician and Hospital Corpsman. I attended the New York Film Academy, where I graduated with a diploma in filmmaking and directing for film.

My undergraduate studies began at Phoenix College, where I excelled and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I then attended Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in the Future of Innovation in Society with minors in Sociology, Global Studies, and History, graduating with a 4.0 GPA.

I hold a Master of Science in Global Technology & Development and am currently finalizing my PhD in Public Policy at Liberty University, maintaining an extremely high academic performance with a GPA of 3.9.

This aside, I am an avid cyclist who cycles my triathlon and road bikes routinely, climbs mountains and loves hikes.
