About Ruhab

Hi, I’m Ruhab!

I’m a current 5th-year dental student at the University of Leeds, and I’m excited to offer MMI and Panel interview tutoring for prospective dental students.

With over 200 hours of experience as a dental tutor, I bring both expertise and a student-focused approach to every session. I’m approachable, friendly, and passionate about helping students feel confident and prepared for their interviews. I encourage curiosity and questions, and I always make sure my students fully understand the material we cover.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Typically, I’ll guide you through realistic interview-style questions, followed by a detailed breakdown of the marking criteria and key talking points that can help you stand out from other applicants.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is student-centred, adaptable, and engaging. I strongly believe that no two students learn the same way, so I always tailor my lessons to suit individual learning styles, confidence levels, and goals. I focus on building understanding through clear explanations, active questioning, and a supportive learning environment.

I deliver all lessons remotely, making it convenient for you to join from the comfort of your own home. A typical lesson lasts around one hour and begins with a quick recap or warm-up activity to assess your current understanding. For interview prep, we’ll dive into realistic MMI or panel-style questions, followed by in-depth feedback using mark schemes and structured talking points to help you refine your responses and stand out from other candidates.

I create a space where students feel confident to ask questions and be curious. I’ve found that when students are encouraged to think independently and engage deeply with the material, they not only perform better but enjoy the learning process too.
