About Chitra
Hi, I'm Chitra! I'm a final-year Electronics and Communication Engineering student with a CGPA of 9.17, currently studying at an engineering institute in Chennai.
Beyond academics, I actively work on real-world engineering projects - including robotics and autonomous systems - which has given me strong problem-solving skills and a deep, practical understanding of Math and Physics fundamentals. I don't just know these subjects from textbooks; I use them daily in hands-on technical work, which helps me explain concepts in a way that actually makes sense.
I'm patient, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping students build confidence in subjects they might currently find difficult. Whether it's untangling a tricky algebra problem or making trigonometry finally "click," I focus on building a strong foundation rather than just helping with homework.
I look forward to helping you or your child enjoy learning and see real improvement in Math and Physics.

I believe learning Math and Physics should feel simple, not scary. As an engineering student, I like connecting concepts to real-life examples so students understand the "why" behind each topic, not just the steps to solve it.
How I teach:
I first check what the student already knows, so we build from there.
I explain each step clearly and ask students to explain it back to me, so I know they've really understood
I give plenty of practice problems - starting easy, then getting harder.
For Geometry and Trigonometry, I use diagrams and pictures to make things easier to visualize.
How a class usually goes:
We start with a quick recap of the last topic, then I explain the new concept with examples, we practice together, and finally the student tries a few problems on their own while I guide them. I also give light homework to help the concept stick.
Who I teach:
I teach school-level students (primary and secondary) in Math, Physics, Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry, and I adjust my pace based on how comfortable the student is with the subject.
