About Shristi
I'm an engineering undergraduate pursuing my final year of engineering at the University of Mumbai. I have spent almost two years of my college life at home because of the pandemic. To stay busy while stuck at home, I started helping middle school students with their homework on Zoom and Google meet. I had always enjoyed working with my own students and my younger cousins one-on-one. So I found myself really looking forward to going to “work.” Before I knew it, I was working with a 6th grader, a 5th grader, a 5th grader, a 4th grader, a kindergartener, and a 9th grader living in India—most of whom I was creating original lessons for.

My technique of teaching is to thoroughly explain each and every step of a problem with easy examples in simple language so that students can easily understand and solve it. As a tutor, my approach and target are to make the students self-sufficient to solve and understand the subject so they can relate it to their daily life situations.
