About Saffron
I’m Saffron, a university student at the Uni of Leeds. I’m studying in my master's year and I want to be able to help others reach the point I’m at now. It wasn’t always easy for me getting to this and there have been several challenges on the way. The main reason I want to tutor and help others is because I want to make an actual difference to someone!

I like to be as flexible as I possibly can be when it comes to my lesson style. I would love students to be able to come to the lesson with fresh questions every week and that to be the focus of the session. I would always prepare a topic just in case the student didn’t have any questions for the session. The typical length of a session would be an hour, however, I have the ability to be flexible and if desired I could do shorter 30 minute sessions or longer 2 hour ones. I am currently studying for a master's in Civil Engineering and have a good understanding of maths at both GCSE and A-Level standard- achieving an A* at GCSE and an A in A-Level. Grades aside, I have previous experience tutoring as I volunteered to tutor GCSE students when I was studying for my A-Levels.
