About Molin
My name is Molin, and I am a final year Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) student in Mechatronics at QUT Brisbane, with minors in Robotics and Aerospace. Alongside my studies, I currently work as an Assistant AI Solutions Manager at an Agentic AI company in Brisbane, where I apply analytical and problem-solving skills daily in a professional environment.
Mathematics has been central to my academic journey, from foundational algebra and trigonometry through to advanced applications such as calculus, Fourier and Laplace transforms in my engineering coursework. I understand both the fundamentals that students need to build confidence early on, and the more advanced concepts required at university level, having worked through them extensively myself.
I am patient, reliable, and committed to helping every student understand concepts thoroughly rather than simply memorizing steps to pass a test. Whether you are a school student building core skills or a university student working through challenging engineering mathematics, I tailor each lesson to your pace, goals and learning style, and I am always well prepared for our sessions.

Hi, I am Molin - I am a final year Mechatronics Engineering (Honors) student, with minors in Robotics and Aerospace. I have built a strong foundation in mathematics through my degree, applying concepts like algebra, calculus, Fourier and Laplace transforms directly to real engineering problems, which I can show students not just how to solve a problem, but why it matters and where it's actually used.
My teaching approach focuses on building intuition before diving into formulas. Rather than just working through textbook problems, I break down step by step, connect them to visual or real-world examples where possible, and make sure a student can explain a concept to me before we move on - that's how I know it's actually sunk in.
Lessons typically run for 60 minutes, though I am happy to adjust this depending on the topic and how a student learns best.
My lessons are suited to:
Middle School students who are looking to build strong math fundamentals and confidence with numbers.
High School students strengthening their algebra, trigonometry and general math skills, or preparing for exams.
University students tackling more advanced topics like calculus, Fourier and Laplace transforms, particularly for engineering STEM coursework.
