About Zakiyyah

Tutoring is something that I have always enjoyed. I believe that learning should be a fun but fruitful experience. My goal is to discover new knowledge and concepts together and be able to apply them correctly. I have previous experience helping out peers with mathematics questions in school and working together as a group to practice and revise new concepts. These experiences have helped develop my communication and listening skills. Having to explain the same concept to people of different learning abilities has also improved my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Moreover, as MyTutor sessions take place online, I am familiar with the online classroom setting and I have learnt to deal with uncontrollable situations such as connectivity or technology issues.

- Students up to GCSE/Nat 5 level preferred but willing to take up to A-Level
- Student-focused sessions using different teaching methods as well as teaching tricks used to pass exams well
