Hi, I’m a finance graduate who loves teaching maths and science. Expect clear explanations, lots of practice, and calm, upbeat lessons that actually feel doable. Lessons start with brief retrieval warm-ups to reactivate prior knowledge, followed by clear explanations, scaffolded examples, and guided practice with immediate or delayed feedback so misconceptions are corrected and learning sticks. 45-minute session: 5 min retrieval warm-up on prior topic; 10 min explicit teaching with worked example; 10 min guided practice (I do, we do, you do); 12 min independent problems with circulating feedback; 5 min exit ticket and recap; 3 min set spaced retrieval homework and next-lesson preview. Support is available for school-age learners building core fluency, exam candidates seeking targeted practice, and university entrants needing problem-solving and study-skills coaching across maths and science.
