About Lindsey
Teaching finance requires seeing exactly where a student hits a wall. I watch the frustration build when complex concepts click into place after we simplify the theory. Helping folks grasp corporate finance and ratio analysis is why I show up.
My 8 years of experience taught me that memorizing formulas feels empty compared to truly understanding the mechanics. It is rewarding to see students succeed after we bridge that gap.

Simple logic usually beats complex math when you want to solve a tough financial model. Most students think capital budgeting is about brute force calculations rather than intuition.
We tackle bonds and equities or time value of money using clear Excel workflows. I bring my USC degree to every single session to provide real world context. You get comfortable with cost of capital and modeling through practice.
Getting fluent in finance takes time. It just happens.
