Financial education is about making people aware of the four main pillars of the financial universe: the financial organization; financial planning; setting financial goals; creating strategies to achieve these goals. These are, basically, the topics covered in the work of a financial educator.
Objectives:
-Financial profile identification:
Knowing the student's financial behavior and their way of dealing with money, through the exchange of ideas and application of tests.
-Diagnosis of the financial reality:
Define the picture of the current financial situation, with emphasis on the sources of income, equity and level of indebtedness.
[ N]-Exploration of basic concepts of finance and economics (money, debt, capitalization, compound interest, liquidity, investment, savings, goals, budget, financial independence, passive income, among others):
Transmit the main financial concepts and economics for language alignment and financial education purpose.
-Definition of financial control tool:
Choose the method of financial control that best suits the student's profile.
-Creation of a monthly cash flow:
Based on the method defined in the previous item, draw the routines for posting the income and expenses that make up the monthly cash flow.
-Definition of short, medium and long term dreams:
Assist the client in creating objective and achievable goals related to their personal dreams.
-Creation of the monthly budget:
Based on the monthly cash flow raised and the defined goals, carry out the monthly financial planning.
-Presentation of the main investments in the market:[N ]Address the main types of fixed income investments (Direct Treasury, CDB, Debentures, etc) and variable income (Real Estate Funds, Shares, Cryptocurrencies, etc).
-Definition of investment strategies:
From the goals defined in item F, outline the most appropriate investment strategies to achieve them.
-Analysis of the enrichment factor:
Analysis of the three variables that make up the enrichment factor (monthly income , profitability, investment percentage) and how to increase them.
-Project economic feasibility analysis:
For a specific investment project, perform an economic feasibility analysis using the TIR, VPL and Payback methods.
-Indication of extra content, such as books, movies, media, among others:
Bring extra material for continuous study and greater depth in the desired items.
