About Nilam

I’m a qualified coach with 3 years of experience helping people to build confidence, clarity, and resilience. I want to teach because I’m passionate about supporting clients to navigate life choices, career transitions, and personal challenges, helping them realise their own potential.

About the lesson

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? I know how that feels! I can help you build confidence and resilience and discover your purpose. Using practical techniques like guided imagination, mindfulness, and attentive listening, I provide personalised coaching for life choices, career decisions, and managing anxiety. Calls last 60 minutes and are tailored to your goals and take place online.

An example of the power of coaching comes from one client - a busy young mum trying to re-build her life, was struggling with anxiety and physical illness which were barriers to moving forward with her career choices. We were able to work together to see that her core values were crucial when looking for the right type of job. Using self-compassion and mindfulness, she found space to slow down. By the end of the session, she could think more clearly and create a practical plan to move forward. This enabled her to continue her search with more confidence in herself and reduced self-criticism.
