About Louis
I have studied on a double award AGCE course, a fine art foundation course, a fine art BA and an alternative MA-level two year painting course. I have been painting in oils for over ten years and am a practising artist. Fine art gives me a deep sense of meaning. It can be an immensely rewarding practice and helping others to find their personal route through it is similarly rewarding. Each artist contains inherent value and a unique approach and with a bit of nudging in the right direction can refine their practice to produce the best version of their work.

Learn through making whilst being guided on technique. We can cover observational drawing, then move into tone, shape, line, colour and composition. Then move onto preparing grounds, using mediums and working with oils. With art historical examples and discussion included.
