About Dalia
I have a broad spectrum of interests that range from exploring the aesthetics of the Space Race and Retro Futurism; to researching Orientalism and traditional Middle Eastern Art. This means I have the knowledge to provide students with a plethora of different informative references to ensure their work reaches a high intellectual level.
Being not only confident in utilising traditional media to create my work, I am very passionate about learning new creative software and have recently become an Adobe Certified Professional. I will encourage students to explore new techniques because this will allow them to experiment and explore new styles that theymight have not considered before.
Art is such a personal subject, and it can be quite intimidating when sharing your work with others. Believe me - I would always dread when I had to explain the basis of my project to my tutors! This is why I strive to be as friendly with my students as possible and create an environment free from any criticism to allow the confident sharing of all ideas.

I am currently an extremely passionate Fine Art Student studying at the University of Arts London, who's keen to help GCSE and A-Level students establish creative, visual narratives throughout any of their projects. I am also able to help student's develop practical techniques such as through painting, drawing etc, and provide contextual information to help inform students research.
Being an Art Scholar who obtained three A*(s) at A-Level in Fine Art, Photography and Psychology, and a 9 in Fine Art at GCSE, I am extremely familiar with critically engaging with syllabuses to ensure the highest level of work is produced.
Having already gone through submitting applications to multiple universities, I am able to provide support in constructing a successful creative portfolio to ensure your ideas are effectively communicated.
Each lesson is typically an hour to ensure the student's needs are fully met, and can be extended to two hours if necessary!
