I have always believed that you must learn how a student absorbs information individually. It is a false believe to think every child/student learns or thinks the same way, this they must each be taught and treated with a different approach.
I am one semester away from having my Bachelor’s in education. I have been working in this field for the last 6+ years.
Dallas has been my best friend for over 8 years now, and since entering my life she has proven to be one of my most influential mentors. She's gifted with patience, compassion, empathy, and intellectual brilliance -- among other qualities that only the best teachers have -- and with these gifts she does her best to help the people around her to understand, learn, and grow, in whatever area they need improvement. Teaching is a passion for her, and she's been engaging with it for as long as I can remember -- whether it be working with children or helping teach me or our other friends how to apply for jobs, do taxes, or simply love ourselves. Dallas learns all she can and teaches only what she has learned; it's something I deeply admire about her. If she doesn't know something, she'll tell you, and then she'll later do research on it and come back with what she's learned. Only the best and most humble of teachers are able to do that, and I'd truly put Dallas among their ranks. I'm nearly 21 years old, and I still, without falter, come to Dallas for advice, knowledge, or simply to learn about something I don't fully understand, because I know her desire to teach is wholehearted, sincere, and humble; she is a teacher by heart, one who desires to see people grow and will do her very best to get them there, even if it means seeking out knowledge about something she's not well versed in. I'd recommend no other person as a teacher, mentor, and friend.
