About Louis
My name is Louis, I am a recent first-class honours Economics graduate from the University of Edinburgh with many great years of tutoring experience in Maths, Chemistry and Economics. This year I am transitioning to full time tutoring prior to resuming my career with the Bank of England where I am an analyst within the stress testing division.
I love tutoring secondary students maths and economics and I have done with great success for 4+ years. I employ a highly versatile teaching style which seeks to mould my approach to my pupils needs. I have had personal success with the SQA system and have guided many students through it. The wealth of tips I share complements the overall enthusiasm to learn that I seek to instil in all students.
Ultimately, I want my pupils to perform well and accordingly offer a free introductory session. This ensures my teaching style leaves them inspired to learn as exam success is underpinned by diligent self-practice, with areas of weakness then addressed in our sessions.
