I've been tutoring children since I was in college and progressed into teaching teens and adults for nearly four years now. Some of my students have been taking lessons for several years and others managed to get into respectable universities with my portfolio help.

I recently graduated First-Class Honours in Illustration and Visual Media degree course in University of the Arts London. In this masterclass I will teach you all I have learned during my degree. I have also completed a foundation year in Ravensbourne (under the strictest teachers one could get) in Art & Design: Fashion Design as well as studied in the Antanas Martinaitis art school in Lithuania.
Whether you are looking for a true taster what it's like studying in an art university or want to get the skills and portfolio that university would give you but don't want to be paying £9,250 per year, this is for you.
I teach a variety of age groups so my methodology varies depending on a student and their capabilities. However if you are +16 years old I will treat you as a responsible learner and push you to achieve the best you can. I will encourage you to cultivate your own independent vision, and to approach work with curiosity, intellect and practical rigour. You’ll harness traditional, digital (if possible) and time-based mediums through a diverse range of projects where you'll develop your practice and confidently build transferable skills.
What you can expect from my lessons:
- Basic theory and terminology lessons (if not already known)
- Short and long term projects that will allow you to enquire and gain awareness of wider social, cultural and political issues
- Wide range of workshops and technical lessons
- EXTRA: I will make sure to introduce you to artists and resources that I found useful during my studies as well as professional practise.
