"Don't practice until you get it right. Practice until you can't get it wrong."
It is easy to spend time practicing material that you may already be familiar with. Unfortunately, this does not provide a lot of benefit to a student. My style of teaching focuses on identifying the area of the subject that requires attention and working on that topic until you're confident with it.
