First Dan black belt. Basics of budo (traditional) Shotokan karate and first karate in 4 to 6 lessons

I highly recommend Tara as a trainer. I am 43 years old and my body has been feeling much better ever since doing gentle mobility with her she always encourages me and tells me I do not have to push myself which is hard for me to do.
