Hello! My name is Tania, and I am an experienced educator and professional dedicated to helping learners of all ages build the skills they need to succeed academically, professionally, and personally. I hold both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Education, along with ESL and Bilingual endorsements, and currently work as a first-grade bilingual teacher. Before transitioning into education, I spent over a decade in the corporate world, where I developed expertise in business operations, leadership, communication, Microsoft Office, customer service, and professional workplace skills. This unique combination of classroom teaching and real-world business experience allows me to provide practical, engaging instruction tailored to each student’s goals. As a certified bilingual educator with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education, ESL and Bilingual endorsements, and over a decade of corporate business experience, I combine proven teaching strategies with real-world professional knowledge. My lessons are interactive, organized, and hands-on, emphasizing practical application rather than memorization so you can confidently use your new skills in everyday life, school, or the workplace. I work with learners of all ages—from young children building foundational academic and language skills to high school students, college learners, and adults pursuing personal or professional growth. Every session is personalized, supportive, and paced to meet your needs while challenging you to reach your full potential. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and celebrating your progress.
