About Zahid

I trained with The Grammar Academy in 2011 and have been tutoring successfully since. Through 12 years of tutoring all my students have achieved their desired target grade or higher. I have taught exactly 126 students across the last 12 years all of whom have achieved their target grade. I currently tutor through many other tutoring firms so you may find my profile on other websites. I am a fully qualified teacher in all 3 sciences (QTS gained in 2019) I have a Masters in Advanced Chemical Engineering Current Profession: Logistics Specialist I have a relaxed teaching style and I expect you to complete all work I assign you. I love to travel and see the world when I can and I love seeing my students become young successful adults. I am all about seeking potential in my students and allowing them to get the best out of their abilities. My teaching techniques differ from student to student. With the experience I have gained, I have learned many students learn in different ways, therefore I adapt my teaching styles to my students. For example, if a student has a more photographic memory then lessons will become more digital with the use of a tablet/laptop and other electronic media rather than textbooks. Some students may learn better using old school methods such as textbooks etc. It is my job to make sure my students get the best out of themselves. Once again, my track record shows I have a 100% success rate over 12 years of tutoring. MY STUDENTS GET THEIR GRADES!

About the lesson

I have taught Maths for the last 12 years at Primary, Secondary, GCSE, A-Level as well as some Undergraduate and Masters Modules. I am an easy-going, friendly and firm person. I set weekly homework and I expect all academic holidays to be treated as INTENSIVE study periods. I use multiple teaching methods including the use of a tablet/laptop and online resources where needed. Test examinations/exam paper practices are conducted in accordance with your general content performance and school examination timetable.
