About Anson

enjoy understanding challenging concepts and finding simple ways to explain them to others. I am interested in teaching because I want to help students build confidence, overcome their fear of Mathematics, and realise their full potential. I believe every student can improve with the right guidance, patience, and approach. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, help students understand concepts deeply, and support them in achieving their academic goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are unique because I focus on helping students understand the why behind every mathematical concept, not just memorising formulae. As a first-year Actuarial Science student at Wits, I bring a fresh perspective and relatable learning experience. I break down difficult topics into simple, manageable steps, adapt to each student’s learning pace, and focus on building confidence, problem-solving skills, and exam technique. My goal is not just to help you get better marks, but to help you genuinely understand and enjoy Mathematics.
