About Laura

My name is Laura, I am 20 years old and originally from Germany. I moved here two years ago after I finished school back home. I didn’t really know what to do with my life or career so I went here to work and create some experiences. After a while, I noticed that I really like Dublin and chose to study here. After doing Business for a year, I am now in my first year of a Psychology course. I know what it is like to feel like you are behind in schoolwork and just generally stressed and overwhelmed. I want to help students catch up on their work, revise or answer any questions they might have. School itself can be too much sometimes and I want to let students know that they are not alone.

About the lesson

I finished school about three years ago now and am currently in my second year of studying at college, so I very well know what it is like to feel overwhelmed or stressed about school work. In my last years of tutoring, I always tried to tailor the lesson to the students learning style. I want to make sure they really understand the material and help them catch up on any school work as well as building their confidence. I am very flexible when it comes to scheduling and am always available for help or extra support when needed. I am very committed to help the student as best as I can in order to achieve minimum amount of stress and great performance in school.
