About Hamzah
Hi! I'm Hamzah, a first year undergraduate student at the University of Warwick pursuing my dream to become a mathematician. It is well established that a true mathematician is not someone who finds maths easy but someone who enjoys how difficult it is! With the correct guidance and my track record of boosting students, I want to build your love for maths (and its applications). I want to be able to spread my love for maths and build an environment that's comfortable for you to ask and say as you please. There are no dumb questions! I tutor all major GCSE & A-level exam boards (Edexcel, AQA, OCR), and offer online lessons. I will tailor a plan to the student's needs and send a report to the parents based on progress made and any weaknesses that can be addressed. Lessons can vary anywhere from 60 to 120 minutes as per the requirements of the parents. I have volunteered working with neurodivergent children and have been DBS checked and certified, as well as hosting workshops for higher ability students one-to-one. This involved a mixture of theory, conversation and practice questions helping me push my students from as much as a grade 6 to a grade 9 during GCSE and from a grade C in AS-Levels to a grade A*.
