About Olivia
Hi, my name is Olivia, but you can call me Ollie!
I originally come from Sheffield in England but am living in Edinburgh as a first-year medical student!
I completed my GCSEs in 2022, received ten grade 9s, and then my A-levels in 2024 summer and achieved 3 A* grades in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology (AQA).
I like to read, specifically fiction, and I love to paint too - I enjoy finding ways to integrate these creative outlets into my studies where I can.
I remember how stressful it is to apply to medical school and am happy to give advice and support to any prospective med students!

My teaching experience involves previously tutoring 2 girls in year 8 for biology, chemistry, and physics whilst i completed my a-levels - this work was immensely rewarding and success as i was able to see improvement in their work and attitudes to learning.
I find it best to be flexible and to adapt teaching methods to individual students.
