About Stella
I’m a first-year university student who enjoys working with children and helping others learn. I will be studying Kinesiology at an Ontario university this year, and I’m also excited to travel and continue expanding my knowledge of French language and culture. I love creating artwork and reading, and I enjoy bringing creativity and curiosity into everything I do.
I was a member of the Interact Council, part of the Rotary International community-based organization, where I volunteered and supported local initiatives, including fundraising, advocating for access to clean water and other global causes. Through my volunteering and tutoring experience, I’ve developed strong communication skills and a patient, supportive approach when working with my students.

My lessons are personalized and designed to help students improve both their French skills and their confidence in school. As a former French Immersion student with a strong academic record and four years of tutoring experience, I understand the Ontario French Immersion curriculum and the challenges students face. I support students with reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension while modifying lessons to their individual learning needs. I'm looking to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, improving their grades, and becoming more confident in their French abilities.
