About Baichen
Hi, I’m Baichen! I am a first-year student at the University of Auckland, double majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Having recently finished high school, the NCEA syllabus is completely fresh in my mind. I graduated with NCEA Level 3 Excellence, an Outstanding Scholarship in Calculus, a Scholarship in Digital Technologies, and an ATAR of 96.70. I also completed COSC122: Introduction to Computer Science at the University of Canterbury during high school with an A+.
I have always had a deep passion for STEM subjects. I know firsthand how stressful high school exams can be, and I want to use my recent experience to help other students not just survive NCEA, but truly dominate it. I want to pass on the exact strategies and study habits I used to achieve top national results.
I am fluent in both English and Mandarin, and I am incredibly excited to help you build your confidence and reach your highest academic goals!

As a first-year UoA Maths & CompSci major with an Outstanding NCEA Calculus Scholarship, I offer highly tailored lessons in:
• Calculus (NCEA Levels 1-3 + Scholarship)
• Physics (NCEA Levels 1-3)
Whether we are working on basic foundations or pushing for Excellence endorsements, I adapt my teaching style to your specific needs. Lessons are typically 60 minutes and can be taught in either English or Mandarin.
