About Winneth
I am a Certified as a Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Coach, fitness instructor since 2009. I have taken extra certifications and courses to teach. I will help you redefine what health means to you . I coach a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to health and nutrition. My approach is simple.
I give you a workout, with options for where ever you are in your fitness journey, in a fun and inspiring way.
I don’t believe in fads and I don’t do quick fixes.
I prefer you see lasting results, rather than quick results with a high degree of drop off.
