About Martin
I am a licensed fitness and personal trainer and used to work in amateur football. I've been helping people to change for almost nine years. The training is perfect for beginners, advanced or people who want to try something different. The fun factor is definitely there and it is good to sweat. My dream is always to work with motivated people.

My focus is training with your own body weight! The training always runs in a circle, sometimes with time and sometimes with repetitions! I will choose the HIIT variant in training! HIIT High Intensity Interval Training means that we try to increase the heart rate, thus stimulating fat burning. I appreciate the training very much because you can achieve good results in a short time. Did not everyone ever want to be able to get a headstand or even a handstand? Together we can do it.
