About Arriyan
I have been training people for 3 years now. I have more han 12 years of boxing experience and 7 years of Fitness experience. I have done countless studies and have already published more than 3 books. I teach with passion and pleasure. My trainees are my pride and the results they achieve are truly a reward for me.

In my opinion, everyone should have at least as much knowledge about sports and anatomy as I do. That is why I try to share as much information as possible while doing exercises, so that the trainee can eventually start training independently and understand his or her progress or plateau more easily.

Ik neem nu al bijna een jaar PT bij Arriyan, en de resultaten zijn geweldig. Mijn doel was voornamelijk om sterker te worden. Mijn bankdruk kracht is in deze periode van 60kg naar 120kg geschoten! Voor derest is hij altijd optijd, geen arrigante rot trainer die je probeert te ‘pushen’ voor aandacht van andere mensen in de sportschool en je steek wat op van de lessen. Vriendelijke gozer, zeker een aanrader!!! Top!!
Arriyan besteed veel aandacht aan jou, hij let heel goed op de vorm. Hij zegt ook duidelijk wat en wanneer je iets fout doet. Ik heb nog geen vraag gesteld met betrekking tot fitness waar hij het antwoord niet op wist.
