I have previously worked in a couple of gyms as a fitness trainer and have also done one to one personal coaching. I am a Mechanical Engineering student who is also a Certified Fitness Trainer enthusiastic about Bodybuilding and Weight loss.
Lessons will be taught however you want to learn. Video lessons or one to one lessons.
