About Trista
I am a fitness and health promotion graduate; continuing my education within Kinesiology. I have become CSEP certified as well as have high expertise in resistance training, cardiovascular, special populations training, mobility, core, each training program specified to the individuals needs.
I have an extensive background in strength, conditioning, speed, endurance, and agility training as she was a former Sports training coach; as well as incorporating a holistic approach to client sessions, targeting all components of health and wellness.
