I believe fitness is a lifestyle and do not believe in dieting and restricting foods. My goal is to look good on the outside and feel good on the inside.
Living healthy is a rewarding experience in itself and I will make you self motivated.
The workouts will involve improving strength and hormonal balance through functional training and later work on individual body parts to achieve the desired look.
