I base my classes on the student or students’ interests because I believe this is the only way they can get the most of my classes. After inquiring about their goals, I personalize my classes to help them achieve their specific goals with a combination of exercise and diet plans.
I graduated with an Exercise and Sport Science major from UNC Chapel Hill and enjoy helping those who are trying to lose weight and/or stay fit. I began my journey with providing physical rehabilitation for cancer survivors and since then, expanded my audience to all individuals struggling to get healthier.
