About Shalom
My name is Shalom from toronto canada. I am a martial artist and fitness expert and life coach. My main goal in life is to inspire others to become th bestversion of themselves. With the onset of violence against women campaign it is important that the average female learn some sort of self defense.
My coaching approach is very practical and is based on the common sense network.
Additionally we live once and we don't really have a lot of time to get it right. It is necessary to find your purpose and lock onto it.
