About Brandon
I used to be overweight; every morning I'd wake up and feel like I'm not who I'm supposed to be. Until I changed my life, I started training and realizing it's not as bad as people make it out to be. I lost over 35kg. I'm passionate about calisthenics, strength training, and overall muscle-to-mind connection.

Know him from school.
He is very straightforward and direct with his teaching, and he will correct you if you are doing something wrong. Very good if you want proper form and growth. An experience I can think of from a week ago when we were gymming together, and he helped me with my triceps form.
