About Simone
I am 28 years old, I am a 1st swimming coach and a graduate in sport sciences. I have always been passionate about the world of sport and physical activity. Since I was a child I started a competitive career in the swimming world, ended at 22 years old; when I had to drop out for a shoulder injury. After the recovery period, I became passionate about the world of fitness, and I have been training constantly and regularly for more than 5 years. I first put into practice the knowledge I acquire every day. For 10 years I have trained competitive teams and I have held both public and private courses for children, teenagers and adults. For 5 years I have been applying my knowledge also in the world of fitness, where I help children and adults to improve their well-being and achieve their goals. I strongly believe in physical activity both as a preventive tool for health and as a means of improving one's physical and mental well-being.
