Hi! I’m Hamad, a professional Bo Staff Spinner and Advanced Calisthenics Athlete with years of experience in flow arts, strength skills, and body control. I teach staff spinning from zero to advanced, focusing on clean technique, smooth transitions, flow, creativity, and performance skills. Whether you want to master figure-8s, wrist rolls, halos, behind-the-back passes, or full freestyle combos, I’ll guide you step by step. Alongside staff training, I also coach calisthenics, including: Handstands & balance Muscle-ups Front lever & planche progressions Human flag Bodyweight strength and mobility My teaching style is friendly, clear, and highly personalized. Every student learns at their own pace, and I create custom drills and progressions to help you improve fast — no matter your starting level.
