About Vika

I am a passionate ESL tutor with 15 years of professional teaching experience and a strong focus on student growth. Over the years, I have taught between 150 and 200 students from various backgrounds and skill levels.

My teaching approach is based on personalised instruction. I adapt my lessons to each learner’s goals, learning style, and pace. This helps students stay motivated and develop confidence step by step.

I focus on building strong grammar and vocabulary foundations while developing speaking fluency and clear pronunciation. My lessons include conversation practice, listening activities, reading tasks, and writing support to strengthen all areas of language learning.

One of my unique strengths is my ability to explain difficult topics in a simple and clear way. I also create a friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves.

With patience, strong communication, and dedication to teaching, I continue to help students reach their English learning goals with confidence.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology is built on flexibility, empathy, compassion, communication, and collaboration. I believe that students learn best in a supportive environment where they feel respected, motivated, and confident to express themselves. Every learner comes with a unique background, learning speed, and purpose, so I design customised lesson plans that suit individual needs.

Flexibility allows me to adjust the lesson pace, content, and activities based on student progress. Lessons include balanced practice in grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing using real-life examples. Empathy helps me understand learner challenges without judgement, while compassion encourages growth through positive reinforcement.

Clear communication ensures that explanations are simple and practical. Collaboration helps students actively participate in goal setting, practice sessions, and progress reviews. Along with ESL, I also provide support in spoken English, pronunciation training, and academic communication to strengthen real-world language use.
