About Katie
I was an alcoholic by age 16 and an addict by age 18. My twenties were all spent on and off probation and in and out of recovery. At 35 I finally sobered up but I refuse to allow all those years to amount to only wasted time. I spent as much time getting high as I did trying to get clean. I have been through countless rehabs, 12-step programs and sober living settings. In the end, I found recovery my own way. It works for me. If you feel like you can’t grasp what you’re looking for because the traditional route of mental health recovery just isn’t quite what you need, I’m here to help you find your own path.
