About Brian
I found yoga in 2012 trying to heal a back injury, and stayed for the quiet it brings my mind. Certified in 2021 through the Fluid School of Yoga and in 2025 through the Summers School of Yin, I have over 500 hours of teaching experience and still love the practice after all this time. I bring humility and understand what you're going through.

Whether vinyasa (movement-based) or yin (static), expect to be challenged. My vinyasa classes are a complex journey, with each pose guided by the previous, helping to get you out of your head and into the moment. My expertise here is power.
My yin classes are the opposite - a mindful meditation asking you to sit with discomfort while you rebuild your body. Equally intense, but an entirely different experience.
I bring humor, compassion, and patience to every class. I can teach or practice with you, whichever you prefer.
