About Amelia
I am a current flute performance and pedagogy student at Shenandoah Conservatory. I have been playing for about 10 years and have had opportunities to play with the West Virginia All State band for all 4 years of my high school career, the Charles Washington Symphony Orchestra, the Shenandoah Conservatory Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra, and many chamber ensembles and flute ensembles. I fully believe that music can be created as an outlet for emotions, connections to others, and an amazing way to create and establish confidence. Personally, I believe in doing whatever makes you happy and following your dreams instead of whatever makes the most money. I am emotion oriented meaning that peoples and my own happiness is one of the most important things.
