I first met Naama when she came to study flute with me at at the post graduate level, at McGill university in Montreal in 2017.
She is definitely a trustworthy and she is an outstanding teacher and performer.
At McGill she immediately was a star student, winning concerto competitions and scholarships and shining as a member of the student body.
She is very highly accomplished and is gifted, and this has led to her having much experience in top level orchestras as first flute and soloist, in Germany, Israel & Canada where she has toured with orchestras including the Israel Philharmonic, performing across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
Naama is also a very enthusiastic and captivating flute recitalist and chamber musician with a natural, relaxed, communicative and engaging stage presence.
As a teacher of flute she has helped many aspiring flutists achieve challenging goals, such as competitions, entrance to music colleges and in auditions for orchestra positions. Her energy and passionate interest in music have also led her to produce first rate transcriptions for flute of piano of exquisite chamber works of the nineteenth century with repertoire by Grieg, Brahms and Nadia Boulanger. This has valuably added to the flutists repertoire choices and for the possibilities to experience first hand and gain deeper insights into this pivotal repertoire and the musical language of these great composers.
I have no hesitation to very highly recommend her to you.View more recommendations
