About Grainne
I am a recent graduate from Newcastle University with a degree in Music. I started teaching Irish traditional flute and whistle at Leeds Comhaltas before becoming a private teacher in flute, whistle and piano. I have taught across many different settings, including private one-to-one lessons, classrooms, workshops, and SEN settings. I am fully DBS checked.

I create music lessons tailored to your needs as a student. I have been teaching for six years and can teach a variety of styles, including classical and folk or traditional music. I have taught up to grade 5 ABRSM. I can teach music theory, sheet music reading, or by ear depending on needs.
