About Vanda

I hold a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures from the University of Algarve and specialized in European Studies at the Open University. My academic background allows me to teach the language rigorously and clearly, combining grammatical precision with a strong practical component.

About the lesson

Learning Portuguese doesn't have to be complicated, but it does require the right structure. My classes are designed for foreign adults of all levels who are looking to gain real confidence in daily communication, whether for professional, personal, or cultural integration purposes. In our classes, the main focus is on conversation and contextualized grammar. Typically, each session begins with an informal conversation to loosen up and review previous material, then moves on to the introduction of new grammatical concepts and vocabulary, applied directly to real-life scenarios. I always finish with a quick review and clear guidance to continue practicing. If you are looking for personalized support in a demanding yet welcoming learning environment, get in touch to schedule your first lesson!
