About Barbra
"Spending 13 years navigating the Montreal and Toronto folk scenes has given me a deep appreciation for the mechanics of vocal production. I approach teaching by treating singing as a physical discipline that requires careful attention to breathing control and resonance.
Because I hold a Certificate in Music Business from Selkirk College, I understand the practical needs of vocalists who want to be ready for the stage. Having worked with 154 students who focus on pop, classical, and musical theater, I know how to adapt my methods to your specific goals.
