About 煊宇
Hello, everyone,
My name is Zhou XuanYu. I come from beautiful Hengyang City, HuNan Province of China. The famous NanYue Mountain is located at my hometown. I graduated from HengYang Normal University in 2002. From then on I have a 18 years’ career as a primary school teacher. Teaching Chinese is my major. Calligraphy and doing Chinese dishes are my hobbies too. This October, I have awarded the Certificate of Accreditation in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language (TCSL) which is certified by The International Society of Chinese Language Pedagogy. It shows that I am equipped with TCSL pedagogy in diverse teaching methodologies, thereby competent for teaching Chinese to international learners.
大家好，我叫周煊宇，生于1978年，来自于湖南省衡阳市。著名的南岳衡山就坐落在我的家乡。2002年,我从衡阳师范学院毕业，从那时起就一直从事汉语教学工作，现在是一名小学语文教师。我深知如果能跟随一位说母语的老师来学习一种语言，将会是多么重要。我有许多外国朋友，在教他们学习汉语的过程中，我始终坚持向他们讲解汉语所承载的中国文化，比如“饺子”这个词除了表示一种中国食物以外,也蕴含着“交于子时”的概念，寓意中国农历新年的到来。从而激起了他们学习汉语的热情。今年十月我考取了由国际汉语教育学会颁发的《国际汉语教师执业能力证书》(该证书说明持证人掌握了国际汉语教学方法和技巧，能够胜任国际汉语教学工作)。我的课程包括：汉语拼音，日常汉语，商务汉语以及HSK汉语等。想学好汉语吗？跟我一起来快速提升汉语交际能力，感受博大精深的中华文化吧!
Hello, my name is Zhou XuanYu, born in 1978, from HengYang City, Hunan Province. HengShan, the famous NanYue Mountain is located in my hometown. In 2002, I graduated from Hengyang Normal University. Since then, I have been engaged in Chinese teaching. Now I am a primary school Chinese teacher. I know how important it is to learn a language with a native speaker. I have many foreign friends. In the process of teaching them Chinese, I always insist on explaining the Chinese culture carried by the Chinese language. For example, the word "JiaoZi" not only means a kind of Chinese food, but also contains the concept of "Jiaoyu Zishi", which means the arrival of a Chinese lunar new year. Thus it aroused their enthusiasm to learn Chinese. My courses include: Mandarin Pinyin, Everyday Chinese, Business Chinese and HSK Chinese etc. Want to learn Chinese well? Perfect! Xuanyu Zhou is a very great Chinese Teacher. If you are like me and want to learn Chinese, but don't know where to begin He will help you get started. He has his own curriculum and is a very patient tutor. There will be many mistakes while learning but he is there to lift your spirits and help you to succeed. I was very selective in my search and he checked every box in terms of politeness, English speaking level, and teaching skills.
